Club Penguin is currently in the process of raising membership prices everywhere! Here is a 1 month membership card for Club Penguin at $7.95 USD!
It seems that 6 month and yearly memberships will be raised by $20.00 USD! I have email Club Penguin and am waiting for a response, but haven't got one yet. I will update this post when I get a reply.
